What shipped, when.
Every release that changes what you can do, in plain words. No "performance improvements and bug fixes" filler.
Margin column on trips New
Vendor costs you log against a trip now roll up into a margin column on the trips list and the money report. Sort your season by what you actually keep, not just what you bill.
AI drafting from old PDFs New Improved
Drop last season's itinerary PDF onto a new trip and the AI rebuilds it as an editable day-by-day — hotels, times, and inclusions extracted.
- Drafts now respect your saved pace preference (relaxed / packed)
- Hindi and Hinglish source documents supported
Collision detection in the inbox New
When a teammate is already replying to a thread, you'll see "Priya is typing…" and your composer warns before you double-send. Built after exactly one too many duplicate quotes went out.
Webhook signatures & retries API
Webhooks are now HMAC-signed (X-Payana-Signature) and retry with backoff for 24 hours. Existing endpoints keep working; signatures are additive. Details in the API reference.
Per-family billing in group departures New
A 40-pax fixed departure can now bill as 12 families: separate invoices, separate balances, separate reminders — one itinerary. The most-requested feature from fixed-departure operators, by a margin.
Traveler app: offline vouchers Improved
Vouchers and tickets now pre-cache the moment a trip is published, not on first open. Tested on a Spiti circuit with zero connectivity for four days.
TCS register export New Fixed
Quarterly TCS register with Form 27EQ-ready columns, per customer. Also fixed: cumulative-spend tracking now resets correctly on April 1 (it previously reset on Jan 1 — three agencies caught it, thank you).
Payana Discover opens to all Growth plans New
The departures directory is out of beta. Publish any fixed departure; enquiries land in your pipeline tagged with the listing. Zero commission, as promised. How Discover works →
