Live in a week, without the chaos.

Seven steps from sign-up to your first trip published. Each one says what you need, how long it takes, and what "done" looks like.

Before you start, gather three things: your logo (PNG or SVG), your customer list (any spreadsheet), and access to the phone that owns your WhatsApp Business number. Everything else can wait.
1

Create your workspace ~5 min

Sign up at app.payana.today with your work email. Name the workspace after your agency — this becomes your sender name on documents. Done when: you can see the empty dashboard.

2

Set your brand kit ~10 min

Settings → Brand. Upload your logo, pick your brand color, add your GSTIN and registered address. These flow into every PDF, invoice, email, and the traveler app automatically — set once, never again. Done when: the preview itinerary in Settings shows your logo and color.

3

Import your customers ~15 min

Directory → Import. Upload a CSV or paste a Google Sheet link with name, phone, email, and city columns — the importer maps the columns visually and flags duplicates before anything is written. Done when: your customer count matches your sheet.

4

Connect WhatsApp Business ~15 min · the important one

Inbox → Connect WhatsApp. You'll sign into Meta, verify ownership of your number, and approve the connection. Your number keeps working for customers; your team now replies from Payana.

  • Your number is upgraded in place — customers notice nothing.
  • The WhatsApp phone app stops working for this number (a Meta rule). The Payana mobile admin app replaces it.
  • If your number is on the regular WhatsApp Business app (not API), the wizard walks the migration — support does it live with you on request.

Done when: you send yourself a test message and it appears in the Payana inbox.

5

Pick your templates ~10 min

Templates → Library. Choose a starting itinerary PDF layout and an email template — both already wear your brand kit. Growth plans can duplicate and customise layouts. Done when:you've generated a sample PDF and it looks like yours.

6

Connect Razorpay ~10 min

Money → Connect Razorpay. Link your existing Razorpay account (or create one — activation takes 1–2 days on their side). Payment links settle directly to your bank; Payana never holds funds. Done when: a test ₹1 link opens and shows your agency name.

7

Publish your first trip ~20 min

Take a real upcoming booking and build it end to end: create the trip, draft the itinerary (try the AI draft from your old PDF), generate the documents, and publish to the traveler app. Send it to your own phone first. Done when: your trip is on your phone, themed to your brand.

If you're on Growth or White-label

Guided onboarding is included: two calls in week one. The first covers steps 1–4 with screen-share; the second reviews your first real trip and tunes templates and automations. Your onboarding contact is assigned within a day of sign-up — or book the demofirst and we'll schedule both at once.

Common snags

SnagFix
Meta verification stuckUsually a Business Manager mismatch — support resolves most cases in under a day. Don't retry repeatedly; it extends Meta's review.
Customer list has duplicatesThe importer flags same-phone rows before writing. Merge in the review screen, not in your spreadsheet.
Logo looks blurry on PDFsUpload SVG or a PNG at least 600px wide. The brand kit preview shows print quality.
Razorpay activation pendingThat's on Razorpay's side (KYC). Everything else works meanwhile — record manual payments until it clears.
