1. Monthly plans
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid month; no further charges. We don't prorate partial months — and we don't need a reason, a call, or a retention flow. One click, done.
2. Annual plans
- First 30 days: full refund, no questions. The trial plus this window means you get ~6 weeks to be sure.
- After 30 days: prorated credit for unused full months, refunded to the original payment method, minus the discount benefit (the refund is computed at the monthly rate for months used).
Example: Growth annual at ₹39,990, cancelled after 4 months → 4 × ₹3,999 = ₹15,996 counted as used → ₹23,994 refunded.
3. Extra seats and add-ons
Extra Growth seats (₹699/mo) follow the plan's cycle: removed seats stop billing at the next renewal. Paid White-label onboarding work is refundable only for the portion not yet delivered, per its written quote.
4. How refunds are paid
- To the original payment method via Razorpay, within 5–7 business days of approval.
- A credit note is issued against the original GST invoice — your input-credit paperwork stays clean.
- UPI Autopay mandates are cancelled automatically on plan cancellation.
5. What's not refundable
- Meta's WhatsApp template message charges already incurred (passed through at cost).
- Months already used on any plan.
- Workspaces terminated for material breach of the terms (e.g. spam) — though we'll always warn before terminating.
6. Asking for a refund
Email billing@payana.today from a workspace admin address with your workspace name. Acknowledgement within one business day, decision within three. If we get it wrong, escalate to grievance@payana.today.
