Terms of service.

The agreement between your agency and Payana Technologies Pvt. Ltd. when you use the platform. Written to be read.

1. Who we are, who you are

"Payana", "we", and "us" mean Payana Technologies Pvt. Ltd., CIN U72900TN2025PTC000000, registered at 27 Anna Salai, Chennai 600002. "You" means the agency or individual that creates a workspace. You must be entitled to bind your business to these terms.

2. What the service is

Payana is workflow software for travel agencies: lead management, itinerary and document generation, a unified inbox, payment tracking, and a traveler companion app. We provide the software; you provide the travel services. We are not a tour operator, agent, or party to any contract between you and your customers.

3. Your account and your team

  • Keep credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity in your workspace.
  • Seats are for named individuals on your team. Sharing one login across people breaks audit trails and these terms.
  • You must have your customers' consent to store their data in Payana (see the privacy policy and DPDP page).

4. Payments between you and your customers

Payment links are created on your Razorpay account. Funds flow from your customer to you; Payana never holds, routes, or deducts from them. Disputes, refunds to travelers, and chargebacks are between you, your customer, and Razorpay. We display payment status as reported by Razorpay and aren't liable for gateway errors.

5. Subscription, billing, cancellation

  • Fees are listed on the pricing page, exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued for every charge.
  • Monthly plans renew monthly; cancel anytime and access runs to period end.
  • Annual plans renew yearly; refund terms are in the refund policy.
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-term.

6. Your data, your exit

Your workspace data — customers, trips, leads, invoices, messages — belongs to you. You can export it as CSV or a full ZIP at any time. After account closure we retain data 60 days (so you can change your mind), then delete it from production systems within 30 further days, except records we must keep under law (e.g. our own tax invoices to you).

7. Acceptable use

  • No spam: WhatsApp templates must go to opted-in recipients. Meta enforces this too; repeated violations can suspend your number — and your workspace.
  • No unlawful content, no impersonating other agencies, no reselling access outside the White-label terms.
  • No probing or disrupting the service (load testing requires written consent).

8. Availability and support

We target high availability but only the White-label plan carries a contractual SLA (99.9% monthly, service credits as the remedy). Planned maintenance is announced in-app at least 48 hours ahead and scheduled outside Indian business hours.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is"; our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period; and we're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost bookings, goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Changes, governing law

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice in-app and by email; continued use after the date means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: legal@payana.today.
