What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
You pick a plan, or you don't. No card is taken upfront, so nothing is charged automatically. Your data stays readable for 60 days after the trial — long enough to export everything or change your mind.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the next billing date. Moving from annual to monthly takes effect when the annual term ends.
I need a 4th seat on Growth — do I have to go White-label?
No. Extra seats on Growth are ₹699/month each, flat. White-label is for brand and domain control, not a seat upsell.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
Conversation replies (within Meta's 24-hour session) are free and unlimited. Template messages outside the session window are billed by Meta at their per-message rate — passed through at cost, itemised on your invoice, no markup.
How do refunds work?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans: full refund within the first 30 days, prorated credit after. The detail is in our refund policy.
